<reviewbody>I'm wondering about copyright with this highly enhanced film. Regardless, the last scenes (approximately 10 minutes) are missing in all versions, as far as I can tell. Had to go back to the older copy (no sound) to see the ending.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>How did you get a copy that warranted conversion to 1080p? Most movies of that time weren't even Mpeg1 quality. This must have undergone some kind of remastering that I'm betting is under copyright.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>What a wonderful movie, I did see it the 1st time over 40 years ago and it is timeless.
Great upload for posterity but....
1st part missing : about 35 seconds of the beginning of [The Man] @ TC 02:18.
2nd instance : a whole scene of the wedding exit about a minute @ TC 03:00 is missing.
3rd instance another whole scene missing about 1:22 , the mother thought of her child while interacting with a child and his nanny @TC 09:25
4th A whole series of scenes about the father/painter and her meeting him again also missing text [ The world welcomes fame.] and [The man-now a painter of great prominence.] and [Fate.] and ["How may I atone for the suffering I've -"] and ["It's too late now, unless the child-"] also images of a book labeled: "The Past "and opened at a page titeled: "Regrets", duration of omission about 03:11 @TC 23:25.
5th And to top it all the speed of the whole motion-picture is about 17% too fast.</reviewbody>
<reviewtitle>If one claims this version, is plagiarism copyrightable?</reviewtitle>
